Annexation Responsible for disseminating information and collecting feedback from the membership on issues related to annexation.  This includes conducting surveys, town hall meetings, and discussions with local governments. Nick Guerrero

Responsible for conducting the yard of the season recognitions and working with the Garden Club for general neighborhood beautification projects.

Communications

Responsible for maintaining and implementing communication capabilities that facilitate the flow of information between the board and the membership.  This includes the neighborhood website, message boards, and email list(s).

Ashford Alliance Comm. Assoc. (AACA)

Responsible for interfacing between the HHNA and the AACA.  This includes ensuring one or more board members attends each AACA meeting.

Responsible for organizing and planning neighborhood wide social events such as the annual Halloween Stop, Final Four Party, and the Memorial Day Pool Party with the Swim & Tennis Club.

Welcome

Responsible for welcoming new residents to the neighborhood and developing the welcome packets they receive.
