We just added the two links for tracking crimes in our area both for Unincorporated Dekalb and Chamblee/Doravilee/Sandy Springs. They are under the “HH Safety” category on the links list in the sidebar of the website too.

Our annual yard sale day was a hit. The HHNA put up signs at the neigborhood entrances (thank you Heather D.) and advertised in the AJC and Dunwoody Crier (thank you Adam S.) to support the many sales in HH. There were numerous sales throughout HH and good traffic all day despite it being the same day as just about every other event on the planet!

Last Sunday’s annual meeting & party was attended by about 30 adults and 10 kids.  We had a wonderful assortment of yummy food provided by our neighbors and wonderful door prized. Every child won a prize and the adults won a wonderful assortment of donated prized including: 2 Braves hats, 1 Braves golf shirt (thanx John Ferrell), a $25 Pig N Chik gift card (thanx Bill Marrack), a $10 Get Coffee gift card (thanx Durenda Chapman) and a spa kit (thanx Cordelia Blake Web Design).

The kids created some wonderful art work-we will add that to the website shortly and we heard updates on traffic calming, annexation, social events and other business. The board members who ran were all elected.

Last night about 25 HH residents came to Pig N Chik for traffic calming and annexation updates as well as just socializing. There were new faces, fun, and lots of kids – and the food was terrific.

Beginning today, all current 2008-2009 HHNA members will receive an email instructing them how to vote for the HHNA Board of Directors. 

If you do not receive an email with voting instructions within the next 24 hours it is because a) you are not pay dues paying member for the 2008-2009 membership year, b) we don’t have a record of your email address, or c) the email address we have on file for you is incorrect. 

According to membership committee chairman, the following list is the roster of current dues paying households for the 2008-2009 membership year.  Please check this list to see if your are on it and, if so, confirm that your email domain is correct.
